Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 6–11 business days, with an estimated total delivery time of 7–13 business days.

Our order cut-off time is 4:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (Winamac, Indiana), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off time may be processed on the next business day.

Standard shipping is $30.00 USD.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. Unibuds is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 15 business days from the date of delivery, subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
